Sequence data of the ITS region and the matK, rpoC1, trnL-trnF, and trnH-psbA gene regions

This dataset includes the ITS region sequences and several gene regions of chloroplast genomic DNA isolated from Boehmeria holosericea collected in Son La province, Vietnam. The ITS region sequence (18S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence; internal transcribed spacer 1, 5.8S ribosomal RNA gene, and internal transcribed spacer 2, complete sequence; and 28S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence) is 659 bp in length. The maturase K (matK) gene region is 1219 bp in length; the rpoC1 gene is 523 bp in length; The trnL-trnF region (tRNA-Leu (trnL) gene, partial sequence and intergenic spacer, complete sequence; and tRNA-Phe (trnF) gene, partial sequence) is 840 bp in length; the trnH-psbA region (tRNA-His (trnH) gene, partial sequence; psbA gene, partial cds) is 427 bp in length.
