SVCT reproduction package (code, cohort data, snapshot)

Frozen experimental cohort and reproduction package for a cross-blockchain data-asset trading traceability evaluation on a homogeneous, dual-instance Besu testbed. The record contains: the anonymised source code; the frozen experimental cohort (16 JSON result files, ~19 MB, covering settlement traces, multi-seed rejection analysis, query latency experiments, stress expansion, ablation, and offline verification); the reproduction guide; and an optional chain-DB snapshot accelerator split into seven parts of ~95 MB each (tc3_snapshot.part_00 through tc3_snapshot.part_06, together with a SHA256 manifest tc3_snapshot_manifest.json; reassemble with: cat tc3_snapshot.part_* > tc3_snapshot.tar.gz). The snapshot is not required for reproduction. Access is restricted during peer review; the record will be made openly available under the CC-BY-4.0 licence upon publication of the associated manuscript. During review, access may be requested through the journal editorial office.
