GEP on Affymetrix U133+2.0 microarrays was performed on in vitro expanded stromal cells with or without B cells priming. Overall design: Gene expression analysis was performed on stromal cells (MSC) derived from bone marrow (BM) of healthy donors (HD). BM-MSC were primed with primary follicular lymphoma B cells (FL, n=6) or SUDHL4 cell line (SUD, n=2), and compared to untreated BM-MSC (n=6) to explore stromal modification in FL context.
