Mucosa samples from patients with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP)

The genetic alterations of intestinal carcinogensis have been observed in multiple comparative studies. However, transcriptomic characteristics of at-risk muocsa and adenomas from patients with FAP are still lacking.
