From 1862-1874 the registers are arranged by year and then by number of conditional purchase. After 1875 the registers are arranged by land district. The exception is the District of Wyalong for which the registers start in 1866. An index to 1862 registers located at 7/2698-702 has been compiled by Jennifer Commons and Alice Jansen and published on nine microfiche. Copies of these are held in State Records at SR Fiche 5278-5286.(7/2698-3013B, 7/4682-4849). 488 vols.
