The 2015 pre-survey was conducted by Oxford Research on behalf of Innovation Norway. Innovation Norway offers products and services aimed at developing rural areas, increasing innovation in businesses across the country, and promoting Norwegian industries and Norway as a travel destination. This survey is the first part of the customer impact survey and examines companies the year after they received grants or services from Innovation Norway. Four years later, the companies are reassessed in the follow-up survey. The 2015 pre-survey includes 19 different services.
The customer impact survey of Innovation Norway's engagements has two main objectives:
An internal objective, which focuses on improving and further developing Innovation Norway's operations in relation to its customers.
An external objective, which aims to document to stakeholders that the funds invested in Innovation Norway's activities have yielded results.
