资源简介:
LI-COR LI 7500 measures CO2 and water vapor concentration at 10Hz time resolution. Campbell Scientific CSAT3 gives 3D wind speed and air temperature at 10Hz rate. CO2, sensible heat, latent heat fluxes were calculated every 30min based on the above measurements (time stamp shows the end of the 30min window). • Wind speed and air temperature measured with a Campbell Scientific CSAT3 Three-Dimensional Sonic Anemometer, http://www.campbellsci.com. • CO2 and water vapor concentration measured with a LI-COR LI-7500 CO2/H2O Analyzer, http://www.licor.com. • Flux data were processed, and quality controlled with the method suggested by Vickers and Mahrt, 1997 (including remove the spikes, dropouts, etc.) Visit https://github.com/shiyuning/SSHCZO-EC for computer code . • Computed fluxes, radiative fluxes, meteorological conditions, and soil /subsurface conditions are documented and stored at the AmeriFlux and CZO websites. See links in question 7: additional information. Tower height and location: Shale Hills: Tower is 30 m tall on the north ridge top in a small, forested watershed. Latitude: 40.665753 Longitude: -77.904076 The SSHCZO is a mature deciduous forested temperate-climate catchment in central Pennsylvania within Pennsylvania State Universities Stone Valley Forest (https://ecosystems.psu.edu/about/facilities/fmo). The catchment hosts more than 30 tree species with oaks being the dominant species. The elevation ranges from 256 m to 310 m with slopes ranging 25 – 35%. An ephemeral stream flows to the west on the valley bottom. The entire catchment is underlain with Rose Hill shale.
