This study aimed to investigate the transcriptomic changes in C918 cells upon treatment with 400μM tetracaine hydrochloride (TTC) for 24 hours. RNA-seq data were generated from TTC-treated and untreated control C918 cells to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways involved in the cellular response to TTC exposure. The findings may provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of TTC on C918 cells. The experiment involved two conditions: 1) C918 cells treated with 400μM TTC for 24 hours, and 2) C918 cells treated with an equivalent dose of PBS as a control. Three biological replicates were prepared for each condition. Total RNA was extracted, and RNA-seq libraries were constructed and sequenced using Illumina technology.
