We specifically deleted Ctcf in the female reproductive tract using the Pgr-Cre driver. To portray the molecular mechanism for Ctcf function in uterus, uterine tissues were collected from Ctcf f/f and Ctcf d/d mice on GD4 and subjected to RNA-seq analysis.
