Altmetrics and Twitter Country Mentions for Open Access Computer Science at Public University (Argentina, 2024)

This dataset presents alternative metrics (altmetrics) for computer science articles from an National University of Argentina, with a focus on open access outputs. It includes the total number of mentions by country on X/Twitter, as well as other altmetric sources (news, blogs, Wikipedia, Mendeley, etc.), all matched from OpenAlex and enriched via the Altmetric API and web scraping (800 doi is missing from OA and only a 1/4 is on Altmetrics)The file is suitable for bibliometric and altmetric research, international visibility analysis, and studies of science communication.
