This study contains triplicate RNA-seq and ChIP-seq data from 3 seperate cell lines (A549, HCC827 and HCC827-clone3). The HCC827-clone3 is a erlotinib resistant HCC827 cell line, where erlotinib resistance is caused by a MET amplification as detailed in Jakobsen et al. Oncogenesis. 2017;6(4):e307. The whole transcriptome RNA-seq was performed using DNB-seq at BGI genomics. Anti H3K36me3 was used to precipitate DNA for ChIP-seq. The precipitated DNA was amplified using the AVENIO (Roche) pipeline with the AVENIO ctDNA surveillance panel, targeting 197 genes. The captured DNA was subsequently sequenced using Illumina NexSeq 500 and the deduplicated BAM files were generated using the AVENIO Oncology Analysis Software.
