Patient blood sample was collected from the Department of Pediatrics, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, Haryana, India. All research-related work, including cfDNA extraction, quantification, PCR, and analysis, was conducted at the Department of Genetics, Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. The data are stored at the same institution, affiliated with the research team conducting the study. This study evaluated the extraction, quantification, and analysis of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from blood plasma samples of 500 Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) patients. The dataset included raw and analyzed data obtained through two cfDNA extraction methods (NucleoSpin cfDNA XS Kit and manual phenol-chloroform-isoamyl alcohol (PCI) extraction), quantification using Nanodrop spectrophotometry and Qubit Fluorometry. This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval from the Institutional Human Ethics Committee (IHEC) of Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak (Approval No. HEC/2023/34, dated 23/05/2023). All participants provided written informed consent prior to enrolment in the study.
