A dataset derived from Shi et al. Clin Cancer Res; 26(5) March 1, 2020 paper. Raw counts retrieved from NCBI GEO GSE119004. To test the combatRef function it is required the count table, _counts.txt, and the metadata file, metadata.csv. The command.R file provides and example of combatRef usage. To run toolBox functions docker installation is required as well as R, no specific version is required.
