资源简介:
This experiment was to analyze the impact of dietary macronutrients on gut associated metabolome and adipose tissue gene expression. In total we used 18 different diets and tested these on males of one mouse strain (C57BL/6). This file contains the individual data of metabolites of cecal content, fecal triglycerides and gene expression of epidydimal and subcutaneous adipose tissues of male C57BL/6 mice exposed to one of 4 different diets. Dietary treatments consisted of two different levels of dietary fat (40 and 55% by energy) combined with one level of protein (30% by energy) with either casein (CAS) or whey protein isolate (WPI). Full details of the dietary compositions can be found in the supplementary table 1. Complete meta-data are in the meta-data tab of the file. Means for each diet derived from these individual values are presented in Figure S6B-D (metabolites of cecal content), Figure S6E (fecal triglycerides) and Figure S6F, G (Fasn, Glut4 mRNA).
