The problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a double-sided adhesive tape that exhibits good conformity to a variety of components having three-dimensional curved surfaces， especially components for electronic devices， and imparts good impact resistance， waterproofing， and reworkability even when machined to a narrow width. The present invention is double-sided adhesive tape comprising one or more adhesive layers on both sides of a substrate， either in direct contact therewith or with other layers interposed therebetween， the tape being characterized in that， among the adhesive layers， the outermost adhesive layer (1) has a storage modulus of 50–200 kPa at 25°C， an adhesive layer (2) other than the outermost layer has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C or lower， and the substrate layer has a thickness of 3–30 μm.
