To investigate the role of INTS11 in normal hematopoiesis, Ints11 conditional KO mouse model was generated. We purified the cKit+ cells from bone marrow of WT and Ints11 KO mice and performed the single cell RNA-seq to study the molecular changes in each cell population. Overall design: Single cell RNA-seq for bone marrow cKit+ cells from WT (n=2) and Ints11 conditional KO (n=2) mice.
