资源简介:
This dataset supports the research titled Evaluating AI Driven Mobile Public Services for Bridging Digital Divide in Rural Governance. It contains raw survey data collected from 250 respondents in rural areas to examine the impact of mobile-based public services on governance outcomes.
The dataset is structured to support quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), capturing key constructs including accessibility, efficiency, transparency, citizen participation, and public trust. Each variable is measured using Likert-scale responses, reflecting respondents’ perceptions of digital public service performance and governance effectiveness.
The data also aligns with socio-technical system perspectives, integrating both technological and social dimensions of digital governance. It enables the evaluation of direct and indirect relationships between mobile service adoption and governance outcomes, particularly the mediating role of citizen participation in strengthening public trust.
This dataset can be reused for academic and non-commercial research purposes, especially in studies related to digital governance, rural development, e-government, and AI-driven public services. It is suitable for SEM analysis using tools such as SmartPLS, AMOS, or similar statistical software.
