Online food delivery usage post COVID-19 in Hong Kong 2023

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in April 2023, approximately 73 percent of respondents in Hong Kong stated that they would continue ordering food deliveries online as often even after restaurants and dining establishments are open and social distancing measures due to the COVID-19 outbreak are lifted. The same survey showed that Food Panda was the most popular food delivery app in Hong Kong.

根据Rakuten Insight于2023年4月进行的调查，约73%的受访者表示，即使在餐厅和餐饮场所重新开放，以及因应COVID-19疫情爆发而实施的社交距离措施解除之后，他们仍会频繁地继续在线订购食品配送服务。该调查还显示，Food Panda是香港最受欢迎的食品配送应用程序。
