To analyze the key targets which FOXP1 regarded as a transcriptional regulator might be capable of binding to and transcriptionally activating their expression. The CUt&Tag sequencing is used to analyze that the chromatin protein is bound in situ by anti-FOXP1 specific antibody, which then tethers a protein A-Tn5 transposase fusion protein in SiHa cells .
