Musashi-1 is a master regulator of aberrant translation in Group 3 medulloblastoma

Transcripts bound to Musashi-1 (MSI1) are explored in Group 3 medulloblastoma (G3 MB) and neural stem cells harvested from the cerebellar portion of a embryonal brain SU_MB002, a treatment refractory G3 MB cell line, and NSC201cb as described above is UV cross-linked with 600mJ and immunoprecipitated with MSI1 antibody. The enhanced cross-linking and immunoprecipitation protocol was followed as previously described (Van Nostrand et al, 2016). Each cell sample contains two biological replicate IPs (AIP, BIP) each normalized over a single size-matched input (AI).
