Exome capture sequceing of Chinese wheat landrace Gaoxianguangtoumai

Gaoxianguangtoumai is a spring wheat landrace from Sichuan Province in southwest China, which is a regional center for oversummering and overwintering of the stripe rust pathogen. This landrace has exhibited a high degree of adult plant resistance to stripe rust in field environments for more than a decade, but little information is available on the genetic basis of resistance in this landrace. In this study, the exome capture sequceing of Chinese wheat landrace Gaoxianguangtoumai provides information on the exome regions of this genotype, which could be used for development of molecular markers and candidate gene analysis.
