Data and audit materials for: DNA Methylation in Acral Melanoma: A Systematic Review of Diagnostic, Prognostic, and Biological Evidence

Supporting dataset for a systematic review of DNA methylation in acral melanoma. It contains study-level extraction tables, complete search strategies for PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, Scopus, and Web of Science, aggregate full-text exclusion categories, independent methodological-appraisal judgments, a source-data consistency audit, and a 40-reference metadata audit. Two reviewers independently screened the records and assessed methodological domains, resolving disagreements by consensus. Primary extraction was followed by a structured consistency audit. ChatGPT (OpenAI) supported translation, editorial revision, and source-data cross-checking; the authors reviewed every flagged item, verified corrections against the source reports, and retained all final scientific decisions. The deposit contains no patient-level data and no copies of source articles.
