PacBio for six Drosophila melanogaster DGRP lines. Drosophila melanogaster

Although DGRP project sequenced 192 fruitfly lines, the read length and sequencing coverage is variable within this population, which give rise to the difficulty to detect complex and long structure variations. We generated 100x PacBio sequencing data for six DGRP lines to precisely detect polymorphic complex variations. With the high quality data, it is also possible to assemble the genomes.
