Sequence information of pIPKTA48 and pIPKTA49

The transient expression vector pIPKTA9 (1) was double-digested with XhoI, and XbaI. The gateway cassette including the YFP tag from the binary vector pGWB42 (2) was doubledigested with XbaI-EcoICRI (Ecl136II) and ligated into pIPKTA9 between the XhoI-XbaI sites. This resulted in the Gateway-compatible transient expression vector pIPKTA48 and pIPKTA49 to allow N- and C-terminal YFP fusions, respectively. <b>References</b><br>1.)
