This Zenodo record contains benchmark datasets for RTAS-Net, including ISPRS Potsdam, Vaihingen and LoveDA. Each dataset is provided as a zip file containing images in standard format suitable for training and evaluation. These datasets support the experiments described in the manuscript ‘RTAS-Net: A ResNet-Transformer-ASPP Semantic Segmentation Network for Remote Sensing Images.
