ENDOMETRIOSIS-ASSOCIATED INFERTILITY
收藏资源简介:
Abstract:This article investigates the impact of endometriosis on fertility in women with infertility. The study included 25 patients divided into two groups according to the stage of endometriosis. Reproductive outcomes following laparoscopic treatment and the use of in vitro fertilization (IVF) were analyzed. The results demonstrated that patients with stage I–II endometriosis had a high probability of achieving pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery, whereas IVF proved to be a more effective treatment option for women with stage III–IV disease. A decrease in ovarian reserve was observed in all patients; however, it was more pronounced in women with advanced stages of endometriosis. The findings highlight the importance of an individualized approach to the management of infertility in patients with endometriosis, taking into account the stage of the disease and the patient's reproductive goals.
