Temperature-induced DNA methylation changes in brown trout

We investigated the influence of early life stage temperature treatment on the DNA methylation pattern of brown trout (Salmo trutta) individuals in their later life stage. The data was generated using whole genome bisulfite sequencing of pooled samples.
