Single cell lineage tracing of pulmonary endothelial cells in mouse model of Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia 2

Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are characteristic of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to trace pulmonary EC lineages in mice with endothelial-specific deletion of Alk1 gene. Overall design: Lung VE-cadherin-cre tdTomato+ cells were isolated by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS), and analyzed using scRNA-seq.
