Metabolomics dataset of canine vascular endothelial cells under control, doxorubicin, and luteolin conditions

This dataset contains metabolomics data generated from canine vascular endothelial cells (cVECs) under three experimental conditions: control, doxorubicin-induced senescence, and luteolin treatment. The data are provided as processed tables in compressed format, including metabolite peak intensities and normalized abundance matrices suitable for downstream statistical analysis.
