Reflectance spectra of Hexahydrite (hexahydrate magnesium sulfate) in the NIR-MIR spectral range from room pressure to vacuum (10^-3 mbar).
收藏资源简介:
Reflectance spectra of Hexahydrite (Hexahydrate magnesium sulfate) possibly relevant for the Jovian icy moons' surfaces. Data are acquired with a FTIR spectrometer in the NIR-IR spectral range (15000-400 cm^-1), with a spectral resolution of 4 cm^-1. The measurements are taken at room temperature, starting from room pressure and descending to 10^-3 mbar, with a stabilization time of 10 minutes at each pressure step. The reflectance values are normalized at 5450 cm^-1. The sample has a grain size of 50-75 micron. The first column is the wavenumber in cm^-1, the last column is the standard deviation computed on 9 spectra acquired on the pristine sample (Room pressure of 1 bar), while the other columns are the normalized reflectance spectra at each pressure value selected. The column named as "Room P out" is taken in air, the one named as "Room P in" is taken at room pressure with the cell closed, the one named as "Room P in 20h" is taken after 20 hours from the closure of the cell, the one named as "Room P out end" is taken in air (open cell) right after the vacuum processing, while the one named as "Room P out 20h" is taken in air after 20 hours from the opening of the cell.
