Historical-binary evidence for "Executing the Earliest Bitcoin": two-node runs of the unmodified January 2009 client
收藏资源简介:
Evidence for the historical-binary claims (C1d-C1h) of "Executing the Earliest Bitcoin: AHash-Anchored Reconstruction of the January 2009 Client and a Source-Bounded Model of theNovember 2008 Preview". Four two-node runs of the unmodified January 2009 Bitcoin client, executed under a pinnedtoolchain and captured in full: 2026-07-31-twonode-mined-block the historical genesis, and a block produced and relayed 2026-08-01-sustained-relay sustained bidirectional chain growth 2026-08-02-reorg-partition a deliberate partition, and the client's own REORGANIZE path 2026-08-06-relayed-spend a matured coinbase output spent and relayed, mined into block 122 -- the funding output being a coinbase at height 2, exactly COINBASE_MATURITY (100) plus the 20 the v0.1 wallet adds Each run carries both nodes' full debug.log, their blk0001.dat, an EVIDENCE_MANIFEST.json, arun-level SHA256SUMS, and a verifier that recomputes the result from the raw bytes rather thanreporting it. Binding records are carried by the 31 July and 6 August runs only, at differingdepths; the scope is stated precisely below. The verifiers gate the claim each run makes, not ageneric shape: pinned block and transaction identities, and the log chronology by line order --which node authored, which learned from the wire, and in what sequence. This archive is obl-historical-binary-evidence.zip, SHA-2561b64f2fc3a6a87496accba46a259702d6e3df07696c0bdce398f9db2a4530b5f. It holds 59 files; 58 arelisted in the top-level SHA256SUMS (49cf34837eb960b2a316dee46c7397383ac88c60b6ca878c25ce17cb2d195ffa),the 59th being that manifest itself. Every listed digest verifies, and no unlisted file is present. Scope of the binding, stated precisely. For the 31 July run the captured bitcoin.exe imagesre-hash to the oracle fbcac071..., binding each node's executable image to the unmodified v0.1.0binary -- the image on disk, not the identity of the process that mined. Process-level binding --PID, path and start time captured before and after the run -- was taken only for the 6 Augustrelayed-spend run. The 1-2 August runs carry no binding records of any kind, and their attributionto the historical binary rests on this documentation and the node logs rather than on a capturedartifact. A single pre-run capture survives from an abandoned 4 August attempt; its process beganpartway through the 1-2 August window and cannot bind those blocks, so it is not included here. Wallet and key material and operator screenshots are excluded. The 2009 bitcoin.exe and its DLLsare recorded by SHA-256 and retrieval URL rather than redistributed.
