This series contains the minutes of the Mayor for reporting to the Grafton Municipal Council. The Minutes were created at least monthly and recorded chronologically and included notes on particular issues including staffing, building and development as well as council committees.Custody History: These files were in the custody of Clarence Valley Council until 18 August 2005 when they were transferred to the University of New England and Regional Archives.Physical Characteristics: The material comprises four separate bound volumes.
