Twenty university students participated in the intragroup experiment in which electroencephalogram (EEG) and S FSS-2 Scale were used to measure the flow state. In the experiment, we used the treadmill movement progress display as the research object to evaluate the influence of three types of color progress bars (red, yellow, and green) on movement flow.
