资源简介:
In this study, we combined linkage mapping and transcriptomic analysis to identify QTLs and candidate genes controlling ovule number per ovary in Brassica napus. The transcriptomic data revealed differentially expressed genes between more and less ovule number lines, and exhibited significant expression differences. Our findings provide new insights into the genetic and molecular mechanisms underlying ovule number determination in oil crops. The candidate genes identified in this study offer valuable targets for genetic improvement of ovule and seed number, paving the way for enhanced yield in oilseed rape breeding programs.
