RNA-seq of IMR90 senescence with CCF nuclear egress inhibition

We report that CCF nucleus-to-cytoplasm shuttling in senescence is mediated by nuclear egress, mediated by ESCRT-III and Torsin complex. We inhibit ESCRT-III by KO ALIX, and Torsin by KO TOR1A. Overall design: IMR90 cells were stably expressing CRISPR construct encoding sgPRM1 (control), sgALIX, or sgTOR1A, and were induced to senescence by IR. Three replicates for each sample.
