The HER2+ dataset:comprises 32 tissue slides from seven patients, each with at least 180 data points. The cSCC dataset consists of 12 tissue sections from four patients, with three slides per patient. The Alex dataset and the 10x Genomics HBC dataset include 6 and 3 breast cancer tissue samples. The Liver dataset consists of 4 normal human liver samples.
