Revenue of real estate enterprises in Poland 2005-2023

It can be seen that the value of real estate enterprises' finances generally increased with some fluctuation during the period observed. As of the fourth quarter of 2005, the total revenue of real estate enterprises amounted to over 11 billion zloty. By the fourth quarter of 2023, this had increased to nearly 39 billion zloty. A drastic drop in revenue in the first quarter of 2020 was caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in Poland.
