Area wide management of vegetable diseases: viruses and bacteria. Carrot virus Y

This project involves survey of incidence and diversity of viral and bacterial diseases of vegetable crops in Australia. One of the major aims of this project is to characterize through high throughput sequencing (HTS) the genomes of virus and bacterial isolates associated with vegetable diseases.
