To identify miRNAs, a microarray analysis were differentially expressed between C2C12 myotubes stimulated with 1 μM clenbuterol for 1 h and their control myotubes. RNA was isolated using the mirVana™ miRNA Isolation Kit (Ambion, Austin, TX, USA) in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. All samples were diluted to a final concentration of 3 ng/mL. miRNA was hybridized to Affymetrix GeneChip microRNA 4.0 arrays (Affymetrix, CA, USA). miRNA array processing was performed according to the manufacturer's protocol.
