This is a real-world dataset of whole-course follow-up for lung cancer patients, developed by Jiangsu Changu Technology Co., Ltd. based on legally authorized medical institution customer networks and clinical terminal resources, and formed through standardized collection, de-identification processing and structured curation.
The dataset systematically collects multi-dimensional data covering the entire process of lung cancer patients from initial diagnosis, examinations, diagnosis, treatment to follow-up. It includes core fields such as patient basic information, imaging examinations, laboratory tests, pathological diagnosis, clinical prescriptions, efficacy evaluation, survival follow-up and data management, and covers major pathological subtypes such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and small cell lung cancer (SCLC), as well as cases at all clinical stages.
Strictly complying with the specifications of *Lung Cancer Standard Dataset (2021 Edition)* and medical data security requirements, the dataset has completed de-identification, cleaning and quality control, and standardized mapping to ensure high quality and traceability.
