This dataset contains both raw and calculated data from a study evaluating the biological activities of <i>Pelargonium graveolens</i> essential oil (PFEO), including its antioxidant properties and enzyme inhibition activities, specifically targeting elastase, collagenase, and tyrosinase. Raw data includes measurements such as absorbance readings, enzyme inhibition percentages, and microbial growth inhibition. The calculated data provides IC50 values for antioxidant activity and enzyme inhibition, facilitating the analysis of PFEO’s therapeutic potential.Additionally, the dataset includes results from antimicrobial assays against various bacterial and fungal strains, as well as in vivo evaluations of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. A detailed report of the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis of PFEO is also included, highlighting the volatile compounds responsible for its biological activity.
