Contains a three-dimensional time-lapse data set with 31 time points. It corresponds to a cropped sub-region of the Drosophila SiMView recording presented in the main text of Amat et al., Nature Methods 2014 The dataset has been converted to file formats that can be used by the FIJI plugin Mastodon.
