Replication Data for: Automated analysis of cardiovascular magnetic resonance myocardial native T1 mapping images using fully convolutional neural networks

1) Image Data (Matlab format): > T1-weighted images (5 anatomical slices, 11 image/slice) for 210 patients. > Manual annotation (segmetnation) of each image is included as a binary mask. > Timing of each image is included (i.e. inversion delay time) > Label indicating whether the dataset was used for training ('trn') or testing ('tst') 2) Reference T1 mapping images (Matlab format): 1 map/slice, 5 slices/patient
