Whole genome shotgun sequence of the roundworm,Caenorhabditis remanei

Caenorhabditis remanei genome sequencing project at the Washington University School of Medicine is part of the roundworm comparative genomics project that will add three more species (Caenorhabditis remanei, Caenorhabditis japonica, CB5161-Caenorhabditis sp. 1) to the two species (Caenorhabditis elegans, Caenorhabditis briggsae) that are already in public database (Read more about sequencing proposal).
