Supplimentary data of dissertation: Analysis of Enzymatic Transformation of Trace Contaminants Through Proteomics Approaches

This supplementary dataset supports the analyses presented in the dissertation titled "Analysis of Enzymatic Transformation of Trace Contaminants Through Proteomics Approaches". The dataset includes searched shotgun metagenomic and metatranscriptomic projects related to wastewater, summaries of protein features, and proteomic identification and quantitative data with associated statistical analyses derived from crude extracts, fractionated proteins, and limited proteolysis–mass spectrometry experiments. These materials enable verification of the reported results and facilitate replication of the study’s findings.
