Lab03, Dataset1, Insect species in grasslnad vs. woodlot

For this lab we collected data in York University, Keele campus on monday september 29th 2014, this is the sample data sheet for excercise 1. We used quadrants (1m*1m) , we placed the quadrant on the ground 10 times in different parts of grassland and 10 times in different places in woodlot. Danny was placing the quadrant on the ground, then Farnaz and Tiffany counted number of insect species and as a group we identified each taxanomic group of insect species. Bahar recorded the data for each sample quadrant. we recorded total number of each insect species and the variation of different group as well as the total population of insect species in each quadrant.
