Multilocus genotype dataset of the Galician Pinus pinaster breeding population

This dataset contains the multilocus genotypes (MLGs) identified in the Galician Pinus pinaster breeding population. Each row corresponds to a unique MLG. Compound identifiers (e.g. 001-PT023-PT024-PT096) indicate that multiple sampled ramets shared the same MLG and were therefore assigned to the same clone. The dataset includes the 40 SNP markers shared with the ICIFOR reference dataset and used for comparative population genetic analyses, together with the SSR genotypes generated for the Galician breeding population. SNP genotypes are reported using the standard nucleotide notation (AA, AG, GG, etc.), whereas SSR genotypes are reported as allele sizes in base pairs.
