Impact of Lysyl Oxidase (rs1800449) Gene Variation on Serum Biomarkers in Positive Estrogen Receptor Breast Cancer Iraqi Women

This dataset accompanies the study entitled Impact of Lysyl Oxidase (rs1800449) Gene Variation on Serum Biomarkers in Positive Estrogen Receptor Breast Cancer Iraqi Women. It includes anonymized genotyping data for the LOX G473A (rs1800449) polymorphism, along with serum measurements of lysyl oxidase (LOX), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), and cancer antigen 15-3 (CA15-3). The dataset was generated from Iraqi women diagnosed with estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer and matched controls. These data provide insights into the association between LOX gene variation and breast cancer development, as well as the diagnostic potential of serum biomarkers.
