All the data was collected from series of jar tests using the mineral (kaolinite and bentonite) and EPS (extracellular polymeric substances) for simulating the artificial biological cohesion/stickiness. These data includes floc characteristics (eg., densities, settling velocities, sizes) and images of EPS-OMA generated by EPS, mineral and crude oil. For floc observation, LabSFLOC-2 system, digital microscope was used.
