传动系统行星齿轮动力学模型主要包括行星齿轮部件级动力学模型。该数据集来源来源于西安交通大学行星齿轮磨损故障动力学模型,分为特征频率计算、动力学求解、行星齿轮啮合相位、啮合刚度、传递路径建模、无负载静态传递误差、磨损建模。基于改进的势能法构建了轮齿在健康和磨损状态下下的啮合刚度计算方法,实现了对行星齿轮动力学模型的故障植入,构建了行星齿轮部件级动力学模型,现了任意给定运行转速、负载扭矩和磨损程度下的振动响应仿真。
The dynamic model of planetary gears in transmission systems mainly consists of the component-level dynamic model of planetary gears. This dataset is derived from the planetary gear wear fault dynamic model developed by Xi'an Jiaotong University, and is divided into the following modules: characteristic frequency calculation, dynamic solution, planetary gear meshing phase, meshing stiffness, transmission path modeling, unloaded static transmission error, and wear modeling. Based on the improved potential energy method, a meshing stiffness calculation method for gear teeth under both healthy and wear conditions is established, which enables fault implantation into the planetary gear dynamic model and constructs the component-level dynamic model of the planetary gear. Finally, it realizes the vibration response simulation under any given operating speed, load torque and wear severity.
